This is the documentation of the iPortfolio free personal WordPress theme. Here I have explained the customization process of the iPortfolio free WordPress theme.

I won’t explain the install process. If you don’t know how to install a WordPress theme, then there are several tutorials available on YouTube. Go there and watch a tutorial about WordPress theme installation.

After the installation, you can see the interface that is very simple. You can’t see more sections here because these sections are not set up, but when you set them up, they will be available on the front page.

Before customization, please install the theme essential plugins; otherwise, you won’t get the necessary features for your theme.

So let’s go. First, add the website banner image. To add a website banner image, go to Appearance -> Customize -> Background Image.

Now add a site logo. The logo is also used there as your image. So, how do you add your site logo? To add a website logo, go to Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity ->Logo

After successfully adding an logo, don’t forget to save it. Now let’s see how to add the social media links. To add social media links, go to Users -> All Users -> select your user -> Edit -> Scroll down -> Contact Info. Here you can see the input options for the social media links.

Now, how do you add your taglines? To add taglines, go to Theme Options -> Taglines tab. You can add multiple taglines by clicking the plus button. Don’t forget to press the save button.

Now, I will explain the About section. How do you add the about information here? First, add the about description. To add the about description, go to User Profile and then add the Biographical Information.

Add more information about yourself from Theme Options -> About Info. First, you need to checkmark Show About Info, then the About section will be visible on the front page. Then fill out all the information one by one.

Now go to the Support and Project section and checkmark Show Support & Projects Section. Then this section will be visible on the front page. Now add your information about Support and Projects here.

Now go to the Skills tab and add your skill information. This is a very simple and easy task. same as First, checkmark the Show Skills Section, then add skills one by one by clicking the plus icon.

To add a description about your skill, go to Appearance -> Widgets -> Skill Description. Add a short description for your skill.

Here, the remaining section descriptions are also available. You should also complete the other section description widgets.

Now add your resume information, including your resume title, description, education, and professional skills, one by one. Don’t forget to hit the Save button.

Now add your portfolios on your website. To add portfolios, go to the Portfolio section. Then you should add information about the project, such as project title, description, gallery images, client name, project URL, date, and project categories.

Now create the service pages. Go to Pages -> Add Page, then add the page title and content. Next, select the page template as Service Page, and then publish the page.

Now go again the theme option , next services then add the services

Now add your testimonials to your website. Now go to the Testimonials tab and add your testimonial information there.

Now add contact information on your website. To add contact information, go to the Contacts tab of the Theme Options.

Note: When you set up SMTP, the contact form will work automatically. You will receive the messages in your admin email.

Now add the footer text. To add footer text, go to Theme Customize -> Footer Text.
